We are your one-stop Event Partner, based in the UK in Newcastle upon Tyne (whay aye! we're Geordies!). We specialise geographically in Scotland and the North, but we can operate in the UK or globally.

Our directors each have over 25 years experience in their given specialities. They have curated, produved, delivered and staffed high footfall outdoor events, including experiential and promotional. They all have both operational and strategic experience, working with some of the North East's leading event organisations and global brands.

We differentiate ourselves through our exceptional story telling, we lead with a creative edge, and curate events that deliver memorable experiences with instagrammable moments for your audiences. Our operational staff are task, people and process driven to deliver your strategic vision and operational goals, in the safest way, with the highest standards of customer experience and service.

Our clients tend to be Global Brands, Visitor attractions, hotels, Production or Experiential Companies, Sporting Events, Charities, Councils, Arts organisations but we're always open to new opportunities.  

Our clients utilise our skills: either by cherry picking from our services to fill a resource gap or area of knowledge, within their own team. Or to boost extra resources for specific projects / events. This is when we blend seamlessly with their own event team. Or they can choose for us to fulfill a specific area of their event needs ie Box Office / Customer Care / Marketing.

We specialise geographically in stand alone Event production / management and staffing across Scotland and The North (From Inverness to Manchester / Liverpool) 

We also are subcontracted by many National experiential and production agencies in the South of England, who utilise our specialist skills & expertise to fulfill their own clients needs across the North East & Scotland geographical areas.

The Northern Lights  - Illuminated Christmas Trail, Leazes Park, Newcastle

We contracted the services of The Event-Co Pro to manage the Front of House operations for our Northern Lights Event: an illuminated festive trail through Leazes Park, Newcastle upon Tyne. The Event Pro-Co. were responsible for the smooth running of the arrival and ticketing process for the public event which attracted up to 5000 visitors per evening over a 6-week period. Deniece from The Event Pro-Co managed our Elite Hospitality area at South Shields & Manchester as part of "Team Finish" reporting directly to Colin Murphy, Director of the Great Run and alongside Helen Mclaren, Core Management of the Great Run Company.

The Elite Hospitality area is adjacent to the Finish Line, a restricted VIP / invite only area for around 900-1000 people including our most prestigious guests; Clients, Sponsors, VIP guests and Media as well as our cohort of Elite Runners. Working from site plans to manage the infrastructure “get in / build” collaborating, with site crew managers, marquee company, technicians, electricians, as well as external contractors: audio / visual teams, marquee, interiors. To the live event management of food & beverage providers, drug testing & our most valued stakeholders: media, volunteers, sponsors, dignitaries and elite / vip runners and their families.
