Our services can be on a consultative basis, Temporary structures, lighting, sound, staging, trailer stages, furniture, power generation, heras, trackway, mobile toilets and our team possess a wealth of experience in licensing, health and safety and can project manage a vast network of industry contacts  to deliver your event, from conferences to high footfall outdoor events. 

Event Staffing

Whether it's a global brand UK tour, a festival or food pop up, or a high footfall event, we only supply engaging, hardworking, diligent, personable staff, all recruited personally by our core team.

Each staff member is required to sit our own "Event Pro-Co. Customer Service"  training course, and are committed to the highest levels of customer care.

Our staff are required to read and understand the site and staff briefing and score 100pc before being accepted onto each job, this includes awareness of your own organisational goals. Staff we can provide are:

The Northern Lights  - Illuminated Christmas Trail, Leazes Park, Newcastle

We contracted the services of The Event-Co Pro to manage the Front of House operations for our Northern Lights Event: an illuminated festive trail through Leazes Park, Newcastle upon Tyne. Deniece from The Event Pro-Co managed our Elite Hospitality area at South Shields & Manchester as part of "Team Finish" reporting directly to Colin Murphy, Director of the Great Run and alongside Helen Mclaren, Core Management of the Great Run Company.

The Elite Hospitality area is adjacent to the Finish Line, a restricted VIP / invite only area for around 900-1000 people including our most prestigious guests; Clients, Sponsors, VIP guests and Media as well as our cohort of Elite Runners. Working from site plans to manage the infrastructure “get in / build” collaborating, with site crew managers, marquee company, technicians, electricians, as well as external contractors: audio / visual teams, marquee, interiors. To the live event management of food & beverage providers, drug testing & our most valued stakeholders: media, volunteers, sponsors, dignitaries and elite / vip runners and their families.
